OP not sure when kids are up at 6 and go to sleep at 8 - I clean cook prep after they sleep and then work more and then …just sleep. I can’t go outside bc of wild animals like bears and the dark woods. I don’t have the money or space for a big workout item like treadmill (small 2 bedroom home). I don’t know any other exercise but walking running biking and not sure my yoga mat and some YouTube will make a difference…? I guess I should say I can’t just go to a gym or “take a walk” at lunch.
Um...your little house is literally right in the middle of the woods surrounded by bears? Are you Laura Ingalls Wilder?
OP I don’t know who that is but we moved to a plus acre property in upstate New York / CT so yes, bears are an almost nightly occurrence, no sidewalks, surrounded by forests (I meant what I said, our Ring camera catches them passing or trying to eat our trash…wild turkeys and bobcats too…and it’s pitch black when it gets dark).
Do you drive your child to kindergarten? Park and put your toddler in a stroller and go for a walk while your older child is at school. Also check out Little House on the Prairie books, everyone should know who Laura Ingalls is.
dp. Those books were mostly great, excepting the racism and Pa's impulsivity and narcissism.
OP I’m an immigrant went to college here so probably why don’t know who that is
Go to the library, start with Little House in the Big Woods, and read the series to your kid.

+1 you live in the woods? Take hikes ffs.
OP let me guess you’re imagining I live in rock creek park haha no, I mean the bushes fallen trees ticks everywhere no trails wild animals kind of a forest. We do go hiking but I work, a lot.
How about clearing and blazing your own trail through your woods? A late summer/ fall project. By the time you've sawed, shovelled, hauled, bordered, etc, you'll be down 20 lbs and have amazing muscle tone.
OP yes to this! This is indeed a plan for us for this fall

Lots of sautéed veggies and big salad as your first course for each meal. Follow it with protein with lots of herbs and spices.
1/2 hour before your lunch and dinner, mix 1/4 tsp of INULIN (not Insulin. Inulin is a tasteless, odorless fiber that is a prebiotic) in a glass of water and drink it.
Yoga is fine. I would say that you should walk 3000 steps immediately after each meal in your own house.
Drink a lot of lemon water throughout the day. It curbs appetite.
