Old bay is mostly celery salt. It is about 50% NaCl. I don’t care for old bay, it’s often used excessively and is overpowering.

Depends on the corn. Around here it’s not great most of the time. By my parents the corn is super sweet and delicious without salt, but I can’t do corn without butter. But I do use corn holders!
