Based on the DCUM threads endlessly excoriating public school teachers, they probably think she should be using that time to tutor their kids for free after school, like they did (supposedly) in the poster’s 80s/90s childhood.

Sell items in facebook groups. I took a course and learned how to quickly sell high volumes of $25 trinkets and smaller volumes of $500-$3000+ wigs.

What does this involve - is this your work, and I'm guessing you sell the rights to use it? For example, I requested and was given the right to use a real estate photo of a house from the photographer, for a fee. This kind of transaction?

I do stock video, illustration and photography and pull in about an extra 20K a year. It's a passive income but I'm always adding to my portfolios.

Profit from buy low and sell high? Or recovery from stuff you bought and would otherwise throw/give away?

I make about $500 a month doing morning feeding and clean up a few days a week at an animal sanctuary. It's not a ton of money, but I absolutely love the time there so the money is just an added bonus.

I tried my hand at selling on Ebay. While I enjoyed handling the specific home decorating item I chose, I found it's very hard to reliably source. Had a couple of weird interactions with some sellers that convinced me it's not worth the bother. Nothing dangerous, as I meet individuals in a safe public location, but more specifically that the sellers have lied about provenance. I've also sold nice stuff from my house. Generally prices are not worth the bother. I tried Poshmark. Not even a nibble. I'm probably choosing the wrong items if I want to command top returns.

I did a round of applying for several on USA jobs a while ago. I stopped wasting my time after one actually listed the amount of applicants for once- just under 20,000! As such, I insist there is no worker shortage.
