Subject: How stressed were you at your most stressful job?
I worked for a physician that used to throw stuff during meetings. I reported him for improper Medicare reimbursement and left the job.
About 20 years later I worked for an Association where there was discord in leadership and the result was ugly posturing and position in the staff. I last ~18 months then left. Life is too short.
I didn’t leave either until I had another job that paid more.

Assistant professor. Academia is a horrible nightmare.
Left before I went up for tenure because I had constant screaming in my head.

Subject: How stressed were you at your most stressful job?
I took a new role (internally)that wasn’t a good fit. I developed sleeping issues and digestive issues. I was really stressed and wasn’t sure who to trust in the professional setting anymore. Realized it was really getting bad when I went on vacation for a week and found myself fantasizing about death most days. I had visions of me standing on the top of our office building (skyscraper) and leaping to my death.
