NP, here’s a house zoned for Rock View near Kenmont (the neighborhood pool) for under your budget. They re-did the kitchen but it does need some updates.

I would do more research on Rock View ES. Folks were happy with it in the past but I am not sure that is the case right now.

Einstein cluster too. You can still find SFHs and townhomes near Forest Glen metro and Wheaton metro for around this price.
