Dear Body on the Street in Bethesda...
love,

Yep, like those "Dear Neighbor" letters you'll see taped to lampposts:
Dear Body --
Having lived on this block for over 27 years, I can tell you that I have always been able to use this section of sidewalk to walk my bichon frises three abreast. You may not have been aware of this when you chose this spot but you are imposing an unbearable burden on myself and countless other similarly-situated people. Please try to be more considerate in the future.
Anonymously,
Your Neighbor

Who posts this kind of thing at 10:29 am on a summer Saturday?
I don’t know, what time is it in Russia at the troll bot farm?
The fact that you seem to genuinely believe that Russian “troll bots” are posting about Montgomery County, Maryland shows how insane you are. Do you take psychiatric medication?

The body of the decedent was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore, where an autopsy will be conducted to officially determine the cause and manner of death. MCPD is now conducting a death investigation on this case.”

Rest in Peace.

Visit Morgantown, WV if you want to see high and mentally ill people roaming the streets. I just saw a man using a dog to pull his wheelchair up a hill. Never seen that before.
I went around a corner and found a woman using the sidewalk as a lounge chair. She was conscious.
