When parents have affairs that result in offspring because the adulterers didn't care who they hurt, there's no obligation for half siblings to establish a relationship.

The mother is not helping his case at all by selling the story to tabloids. Displaying an iota of class would go a long way in winning any of Beyoncé’s affection, I would think.

How is Beyonce wrong? She has a very rocky relationship with her dad who she had to fire for stealing money from her. Her only link to this child is the dad that she doesn’t have a good relationship with. They have a gigantic age gap, a different mother, and literally nothing nothing in common save a crappy dad.

Look, I don’t think Beyoncé has to do anything here. But this is stupid. First, there is no reason to lie about knowing who the dad is. Second, the kid would easily know by now anyway thanks to the Internet and the existence of media coverage based on public records.

DP. But the only reason people outside of the family know that is his half sister is because his mom does these interviews begging for beyonces attention every few years. No one would think that this random kid was related to her otherwise. The mom created the shadow.
