No. Plenty of people, the huge majority, of any background or "race" who grow up in poverty and with trauma, do not in fact end up ever committing criminal violence. It is well established that a tiny proportion of the population who commit violent crime and do so over and over. When large portions of them are in prison, violent crime rates in a jurisdiction fall dramatically. When large portion is out of prison the violent crime rates rise.Anonymous wrote:Right.
