Yes you do kegels at home but also other pelvic floor and core exercises.
The drinking/ urination diary I kept for the first week was a pita but she saw patterns.
Part of it is bladder training to increase time between urinating. I can go 2 to 3 hours now.
Can you please share the pelvic floor and core exercises for the rest of us please?
I don't have them online, just paper.
But they are not rocket science
CAVEAT they also may depend on your internal and core weaknesses as diagnosed by PT.
What I do are these. You can easily find them if you look online..
As you see, they are mostly CORE and pelvic floor things
Kegels done right. 10 sec hold, 2 sec rest. Ten reps. 3 times a day. If quality of hold diminishes during a set, use 10 sec rest.
Glute Bridges holding ball between knees. 2 sets of 10
Deadbugs, ie Supine 90 90 marching, pelvis flat and braced. 10 times, 2 srts
Goblet squats, bulding to using a 10 pound weight. 10x, 2 sets
Standing march 10x each side, two sets
Palloff press.
