3 kids and she's been with him for 25 years. How does that equal a scheming and conniving gold digger? She must have really been playing the long con (which she apparently devised in her early 20s)
Long con? She was married to a handsome filthy rich A-lister and got to live like a queen in a $150,000,000 Malibu estate. Stop acting like she "sacrificed". She hit the lottery. She was a dime a dozen nobody when they met. So she popped out a few kids, who cares. That's worth $50M or something after she signed a pre-nup? Give me a break.

She came into his life and they were partners for many years. He is gross. I give her credit for finally having enough of him. That had to be scary because she knows he is horrible. She cannot buy any kind of real home with that money he is offering.
Then her lawyer should have negotiated a home and increased payments based on the duration of the marriage. Pretty common in prenups.
I do think he should just give her 10M to be done with this. At a certain point it’s just not worth the effort to be right.
The fact that she hasn’t renegotiated the prenup since the marriage is rather a sign of her fidelity than not. But it any case it is a routine thing in California for divorcing spouses - including males! - to challenge the prenup during divorce proceedings.
The misogyny here is gross.
Yes, and not win.

It's not a good look and while I agree with the "she should have had an income" not many women in her position, especially Hollywood, are anything other than arm candy and SAHP. The one millions dollars, I'm sorry to say she was too trusting and not smart enough to renegotiate it early in their marriage. At any rate, he keeps this up, no one will go to see his films. I think the success of his last whatever has gone to his head and I believe he better tread lightly. It's not like it would kill him (net worth over 250 million, not buying the bs court filing) he can well afford to make her go away while protecting his and her relationship with the children. Buy her a suitable house, give her a cash settlement and be done.
She was 18 when they started dating?
She was 30. They married 19 years ago. She's about to turn 50.

She’s been a supportive spouse and full time SAHM mother, enabling all his career growth over the last 25 years. California courts are not going to uphold that measly prenuptial agreement which is patently unfair.
As for Kevin, I cannot believe how stupid he is. He is presently sinking large amounts of his personal wealth into this four film passion project that will probably sink him if it’s not very successful- and he’s embarking on a self destructive media campaign against his devoted wife which is going to alienate a huge number of viewers. Dumb. Shut up and give her a fair settlement asap and start acting like a decent dad.

This. I think he should give her $20m (so ~5% of his estate) and be done. 18 year marriage and 3 kids. A 5% hit after 18 years is nothing. He'd still be loaded and she could live comfortably and finish raising the kids. He has so much money and earning potential that his position just makes him seem like a jerk.
