What on earth could this be?

Welcome to hand, foot, and mouth disease for adults.
Op here. I don’t think it’s HFM because the bumps are flesh colored. When my kids had HFM, the bumps were red.
One of my kids has had a cough and vomiting for the last week but no rash or fever.

The stress of keeping your child safe, all the appointments, all the efforts to just reach milestones most of you take for granted and endless other things can really do you in.
She had a child with special needs and she’s not bothering to mask anywhere. Sorry, but I’m not going to feel empathetic for people who aren’t masking and are getting COVID over and over.

Op here. I have small children and I work full time. One of my kids has profound special needs and has a ton of doctor and therapy appointments.
I avail myself of daycare, therapies, etc for my children so I can work.
Work also mandated return to office, 3 days a week.
We don’t really take any precautions besides washing hands frequently. It just feels like a lost cause.
You need to mask in an N95. It's not a lost cause.
