Like Whitman grads can, while rocking it with drum line and losing at football.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:You DC will recover and go on to live a fine life. There are other days to go to a freaking restaurant. Changes happen. You need to seriously get over yourself and all the drama.

dp.. honestly, can't tell if it really is sarcasm. The thing about anonymous posting is that people can post unfiltered. You just never know of this is how some people really think.

Most aren't large enough to accomodate.
Does anyone know how to lobby for a change to the CIP budget most effectively? We're in the Whitman cluster and my daughter is in 2nd grade now but I don't want to have to go through this horror when she's graduating and would like to start advocating for a bigger auditorium and gym at Whitman so that we can move events indoors if needed. Any thoughts?
here's a thought: the gym and auditorium shouldn't be expanded JUST to accommodate a few Bethesda pearl clutcher moms who don't want to have to change plans if another environmental event that MCPS cannot control occurs in 10 years.
You clearly haven't had to go through the process of booking a reservation for 20 at minibar 10 years in advance.
