There are no enforced standards. Teachers teach a set curriculum but have some leeway with grading. Personally, I give them more freedom and cut central office micromanagement.


Agree, as long as grades aren't used for program selection. Then it becomes an apples-to-oranges thing, with some getting the short end of the stick.
