Same as I think of people who insist on backing into spaces - that they probably should not be driving, in the first place.

Backing into spaces is actually significantly safer, because it means you won't later be backing out of the space: https://www.vox.com/2016/8/1/11926596/safer-back-into-parking-spaces

This is true. But I don't back into spaces if it would make people wait more than pulling into them. One of the most annoying behaviors of others is when they back into spaces and take forever to do it.

Pros put a ball bearing in the cap and then put it back on.

What does this mean ?

It means that someone thinks an appropriate response to a bad or dickish parking job is to deflate someone's tires

Do you really worry that every interaction with a stranger will result in getting shot? I wouldn't say anything to anyone about parking in two spaces, because I don't really care, but I am definitely not worried that they'll shoot me if I do.

I think if people are unwell enough to damage another person's car in revenge, one can expect that some bad parkers are equally as unwell.

Uh, no they don't. No one has a right to that "extra space."

I feel fortunate that they did not feel obliged to ding my car and that they took the time to ensure they could get back in without dinging my car. Why are we assuming this person is spiting us. Maybe they just need a bit of additional room. Thank you for looking out for me.

Unless you witness the parking process, it is best to keep out of it as sometimes handicapped spots are taken and some need a wide exit & entry point. Life is too short.

Nothing. WHy would I need to say anything? I don't work in parking enforcement.
