I like every thing about it except for the fact that I wait in line forever there. Wtf. Just put the damn donuts in a box. I get stuck behind people wanting complicated coffees. We get Dunkin’ Donuts for breakfast for all of our birthdays. My kids talk about it all year.

I like their donuts because it's actually hard to find regular donuts these days. Sometimes grocery stores carry them but they often aren't very good and are even more likely to be stale.

I enjoy fancy donuts sometimes but usually I don't want some huge donut with some special glaze. I just want an old fashioned, or a plain cake to dip in my tea, maybe a Boston creme or a maple glazed. Simple and classic. Dunkin sells those donuts and many places don't anymore.

And their donuts are cheaper than elsewhere, too. A lot of places now charge like $4 a donut! That is too much, though I can see why because they make them so big and add all this special stuff to them. A donut is supposed to be a cheap treat. It's a street food!

I only drink regular iced coffee but it’s my fave.

Because they don’t let you out your own cream in the coffee. So annoying. And it’s crappy coffee so impossible to drink it black

I used to love their donuts but no longer. However, they've teamed up with Baskin-Robbins in my area (maybe everywhere?), so I'll still go in for ice cream...and donuts to go.

The doughnuts really aren't very good.

I live in New England and can't stand it. Just seems so mediocre. Similar to Subway in that they are everywhere but their food is so average and stuck in the 80s.

I much prefer a local donut chain that has great pastries and egg sandwiches.

I'm Team OP. Dunkin sucks. And I like Krispy Kreme, fwiw. I'm not anti-fast food or anti-donut at all.

I like their coffee, the food is meh.

Their coffee is so much better than Starbucks. The donuts are fine, I don't really eat them much anymore, but I'm never angry after I've had one.

Their food can be hit or miss. I like the bacon egg and cheese breakfast wraps, and their new breakfast tacos are surprisingly tasty.

I do love their app, it makes ordering so much easier. What I really appreciate, as someone who does a lot of online/app ordering, is that the app doesn't ask for a tip.

Iced coffee or cold brew with caramel swirl and cream. The issue with Dunkin is that it is SO inconsistent. It is either dog water or the best thing you’ve ever had.

Donuts are always bad. The avocado toast with bacon is usually good, but expensive. Add inconsistency to that, and nope.

I googled and the Dunkin in bethesda was open. I got donuts and a coffee. The coffee was weak, and the donuts were very stale tasting, along with a poor texture and too much artificial flavoring for my taste. No thanks.

I agree, it's the artificial flavoring that has changed over time. I find this with so many foods.

Their donuts have been gross for a good 20 years. My first accounting job out of college had a Dunkin near it. Late nights we’d pop over there and the donut delivery would happen at 2am. Just sitting out on the open on rolling racks. It was all pretty gross.

It is bottom barrel fast food. Trash.

I don’t really eat donuts, but I think DD’s are fine. I’ll treat myself to a blueberry glazed donut once or twice a year. DD’s coffee is terrible.
