Is there something we could just partially grill in order to save time? We are worried that the cook won't be able to keep up with the demand for food.
Is there something that we could serve that would minimize how long it takes for the cook to grill everything? We don't want for the cook to not be able to enjoy time with the guests.
Process to continuously move 16 items to the grill so you get 64 servings to place in buns off the grill
Get premade beef patties - not frozen. Cook on foil in the oven in batches of 8 then transfer to grill. 1/2 way through the burger cook in oven add another tray of burgers on a different rack. Add 8 pack hot dogs 2/3 way through burger oven cook, square 1/3 slice cheese on 4 burgers [no drip over on grill transfer].
