Italian nubuck leather loafers from comfort one shoes. There are locations in DuPont and Georgetown. As comfortable as sneakers and no time to break in even for me with a bunion. They cost $300 but l wear them more often than any other shoes l own. I do wear them with dresses, but probably not a sun dress. And l wear them to work most days.

I’ve been quite surprised how comfortable these are with no breaking in period and no blisters. I ordered a second pair in a different color.

I wore vejas last summer in Europe. They look great with dresses and were very comfortable once I swapped out the inserts for more supportive dr scholls gel inserts. I also wore Birkenstocks.

I wore their ZeroGrand Oxfords on my trips, sometimes walked 250k steps a day. They look fine with a dress. My feet hurts wearing most shoes so I have not dared to change to something else yet.

This. White leather sneakers with a sundress is having a moment. (Vejas, Reebok Club C sneakers, Adidas Superstars - so many to choose from.)

Would wear this all day long rather than any of those hideous out-of-fashion but trying-to-be-fashionable comfort shoes.

You can if they are leather. In which case they are not really sneakers but feel like it and are fine for the theater in London. London people are not all that fussy and formal any more.

Now, in Paris, if I was out after dark (which I only was once because kids) I wore flats after dark.
