It was oddly good to mix it all together but if you need to be "more healthy" just the salmon cooked that way is amazing.

No it’s not. It makes 4 servings and also, fat (especially from olive oil) is not unhealthy, if it’s part of a balanced diet. That gazpacho sounds wonderful!
