I was prescribed for being prediabetic.
Good god this sounds like the promised land.
It’s honestly like a miracle.

After dinner last night, I got up and realized that I still had half my dinner on my plate and I wasn't hungry. I still get some munchies at 4pm, but I am able to eat a little bit and solve it (where as before I felt like I could eat an endless amount of sweet things at 4pm and never stop.) My weight is constantly up and down but overall, I think I am down about a pound a week. I did also add in exercise.
Congrats. I am close to the end of month 3, still at .5, and am down 20 lbs. I've cut portion sizes in half, and no snacking. What a difference.
