I actually like it for a girl (works for Bryce Dallas Howard) but since I live in DC and am a big Nats fan, it just makes me think of Bryce Harper, which is annoying. And I think in DC it would make others think of Harper, too, and I don't want anyone thinking I named my child after Bryce Harper

Assuming Charlie and Theo are nicknames, you could go with Eleanor which fits both in the full version and for nicknames. Or just go with a nickname: Ellie, Nell, Nellie, Nora, Ellen, Lenore, Lora
