School is renovated and looks amazing. Cannot complain about teachers. They have been resonable. Must point out, my kids do all honors and many APs when possible (some 5s on AP exams). Oldest attending a top 20 university. They made a lot of friends, attend football / basketball games. They have friends that are not tippy-top students who are at CNU, JMU, GMU. Yes, there are many low income students and also wealthy kids. Good mix. It has been good exposure to the real world for my kiddos. Now, if they would only get their laundry done!

Just go to redfin Reston and filter for 3 bedroom plus, minimum 2.5 baths, single family. Set list price at 1.1 m. Then remove map outlne and see what comes up as listed or pending. Obvously you haven't done that since some comp bed/bath properties zoned for Langley close or go under contract lower or slower than zoned for South Lakes.
Go ahead and post all those links for available homes that fit your search zoned for Langley. I'll wait here.
Here - $850K house in McLean in a great school district, zoned for Langley!

Based on the last sale, it will likely go for $950K in a few days, but we love this neighborhood! Insane the price jump since we bought 5 years ago.

What is a ‘regular’ kid?
