I think Freud would have a field day both with the fact that you are seeing a penis everywhere and the fact that you can't just say penis.
Schvantz works for me. I'm not sure if it's Yiddish, but I like to think it is. Lots of great Yiddish words for things.
Schwanz is German for tail, but slang for penis. Yiddish is a dialect of German.
