He has refused to do one of those syndicated shows because of the loss of control over the content or sponsorship.

Thousands of doctors are swimming in med school debt. He has found a way to pay back his debts in a responsible way. Any “actual” doctors who are haters are nothing but jealous. Most sane people are not affected nor do they GAF what others say behind their back. That is their problem and not his.
