The problem is our politicians don’t listen to constituents. They listen to the gun lobby who pay them. The idea that Congress will fix the problem is laughable! If nothing happened after Sandy Hook, it will never happen. The GOP and 2nd Amendment PoS have won this one. But gun violence will soon affect them. Someone they know or love will be shot. We now have people who have experienced two mass shootings. Our society has excepted mass shootings as acceptable. I just find it rich that 2nd Amendment PoS complain about crime. So stupid.

Once again I'll say it. .most parents and teachers have little knowledge about the emotional and behavioral history (including violence) of the students walking freely in our public middle and high schools-- in accordance with DOE regs. Those parents who can afford top notch private educations for their children can avoid it. In far too many school settings, kids and teachers can become innocent victims.
