I’m 44 and got my nose pierced 2 years ago. The tiniest diamond stud. I love it and DGAF what anyone thinks. I am a professional working in DC before everyone assumes I bust tables.

My sister is the sort of person who is pretty buttoned up but has a little nose stud, sometimes dyes her hair pink, etc., to give her an "edge" in her appearance.

My sister is a very nice person but also an extremely reserved evangelical Christian who saved herself for marriage -- she did not even kiss anyone until she was engaged to her husband. Who is a pastor. She does not believe in anything but missionary sex and also believes that the goal of sex should primarily be procreation.

So these comments about how a nose stud make you edgy and mean your wild in bed are cracking me up. I hope my BIL wasn't disappointed (he wasn't, he has the exact same beliefs).

Septum rings are hideous but a few years back I did date a woman so hot that I happily overlooked it.
