Lol, this place is $1500+ during peak hurricane season.

My braggiest, showiest FB friend goes on and on about this place. I could never go there just on principle. Plus I could never afford it - lol.

Grace Bay is 2k or more per night for a one bedroom suite.
Well before I posted I saw rooms were $900/night in July
July and August are the worst times to go due to hurricanes.

Anonymous wrote:Sorry to threadjack but we’re considering Bahia St Regis off season because rooms are suddenly around $550 (plus fees). Concerned by some bad TripAdvisor reviews. OP did you go there recently, with kids? Would love to hear more

A few months ago the st Regis was above $1000 but then dropped to $750 and now $550. It’s unclear if the kids club is running but that’s not a deal breaker. We have young kids and don’t like to eat at restaurants multiple times per day—that may be our only issue but maybe I can sneak a lot of snacks in with us to supplement room service.
We’d eat breakfast and then snack all day around the pool, and eat an early dinner.
The “lake house” activities also are often overlooked but absolutely don’t miss them - one of our kids favorite spots at the resort. Just get a golf cart to take you there.
