I can see how you'd fall victim to it. If she tried to keep her career, she's not available to fly everywhere with him, so he's probably just going to serial cheat or it'll end quickly. But dropping everything for him gave her no safety net, he had all the leverage. And when he ended it, she's got nothing. She's in worse shape than had she never met him. No home equity, career stalled, probably no savings or retirement. Brutal.

How do you know he wasn't leading her on? How do you know getting her to quit her life for him wasn't his way of controlling her life? And three years of the six year relationship was during Covid shut-downs, so that wasn't a normal duration. Plus he was in that nasty car accident in February 2021, so she helped him get back on his feet, and that gave him another chance to stall on a commitment. And just prior to their relationship beginning, he was arrested for DUI in Florida in 2017. His reputation, personal life, and presumably his mental headspace was in the dumps before her. Maybe she's secretly evil, I have no idea, but she certainly helped him and he shouldn't treat her like garbage. This is trashy amateur hour stuff for a billionaire. Makes him look petty and spiteful.
