I think this was Dylan's plan and the police totally screwed up by thinking he was the most likely to flip, I think Victor was. I think Dylan talked Joe into some sexual assault/BDSM thing and then either got him to take it too far (premediated plan) or ODed him and got Joe to panic & they decided to kill him. I think Victor may have known about the sexual assault/BDSM thing, but had no idea he was dead and that's why he seems actually distraught when the police arrive.

I remember being so confused when my friend called me weeping to tell me Robert had been killed. It just didn’t make sense. I watched episode 1 last night and had the same sense of disbelief I’ve always had about how in the world did this happen to Robert.

I haven’t seen the doc but am familiar with the events. Wasn’t the issue that it could have been 1, 2, or 3 of them who killed Robert and in the absence of one or more of them turning against the other(s), there’s no way to prove which 1, 2, or 3 of them raped and killed him?

why weren’t they indicted for murder? isn’t cleaning up the blood sufficient evidence?
Yeah I really don't get how they weren't indicted. Or how they. couldn't get one to flip on another.
