Would your employer or if you were the boss, accept this from a brand new employee???? Let alone a US Senator.
Um... yes? Because depression is real, and worthy of treatment, just like if you got into a car accident and hospitalized a month into employment. What is the matter with you?
He said he would be mentally and physically to do the job of being a Senator day 1. He promised his voters. He campaigned on it. He lied. He is unable to do his job. That’s the problem.

You Republicans lost. Get over it.
They don't like elections (at least not elections that they lose). Congressmen get old and incapacitated in office every term and you don't hear a peep, but somehow this is different

There are deranged people in Congress who yammer about "Jewish space lasers" and who lie about their backgrounds and everything else. I have far more faith in Fetterman than I do many of them.
Kind of hard to "have faith" in a Senator who cannot be present to do his job.
Seems he will be out of at least a few weeks.
And, the other Senator from PA just had surgery for prostate cancer.
So, right now, PA voters have no representation in the Senate. I am sure they are simply thrilled!
It could be so much worse. They can recover and serve. Some voters are stuck with bottom of the barrel shucksters just running cons.
Or, not recover. We just don't know. Meanwhile, PA has nobody to represent them.
I am sure many are regretting their vote.

Who cares. He should resign and have another Democrat appointed to do his job. Anyone that can actually be there to do the job…

Sure, go home and recover. He is not fit to be in the Senate. He was elected to go to work for PA right away. It’s not like he has been a senator for 20 years and needed some time off. Go recover, not for to be a Senator!
