Let the mother make her own choices about her body. Can’t some of you see how these legal rulings will be used against women?
Nobody is trying to force her to do anything with her body she does not want to do. Stop using women’s rights as a weapon, it just hurts all of us.
She cannot pump and make choice about her and her family’s health.
She CAN pump or use formula. Simple. He has equal rights to make health decisions for his child.
It’s not a health decision because his prior child was breastfed to two, and before the divorce he wanted this child breastfed.
Just own it— he wants to pay less child support for four months. What a winner.

They are trying to force her to pump. Which plenty of women in functional marriages hate too.

“Ramirez said she and her daughter’s father split shortly after the birth, and the father moved out of their Northern Virginia home. On Nov. 28, a Prince William County judge ordered that the father be permitted to visit the baby four days per week ahead of overnight visits slated to begin in February.
There was an additional condition. “Mother is to make every effort to place the child on a feeding schedule and use a bottle,” the order read.”
Because?
Is he a Republican?
Wouldn’t a conservative want a woman to breastfeed?

Yes. Too often, breastfeeding is weaponized against the dad. Time with both parents is far more important than the method in which a baby is fed.
