ditto, but it's a great school, and I told my DC it doesn't make sense to spend *that* much for a college education when the ROI doesn't justify the cost.

This is not true- You are accepted or rejected from the school first. Then they admit to LEP (Limited Enrolled Programs) so your child can be accepted into UMD and not admitted into Comp Scie, Business and Engineering as a freshman.
