I think that's kind of the point, hater. She's boring, she's only doing the publicity because she's been asked to, not because she's desperately seeking attention. Good for her!
I mean her Instagram feed is loaded with pictures of herself wearing different outfits on vacation, and photos with other famous people. She actually does seem like she's kind of desperately seeking attention? Not being critical but it's not like she's leading this incredibly private life and just being forced into PR for her show. She's not a Kardashian but she seems pretty typical of a semi-washed up former TV star looking for a second act. Nothing about her really jumps out as being impressive. She's an okay actress. I do not get why people seem so invested.

I think you may have a point. I have nothing against Gellar and Prinze, I just don't see the appeal beyond basic good behavior. (We're congratulating a couple for achieving basic decency now?) They seem totally inoffensive, but they also don't seem very interesting. Coming from their position of privilege, they probably could've done a lot more with their lives than just coast on their successes and diplomatically stay out of drama. *shrug*
I saw the trailer for Wolf Pack+ and it seems silly. There are other fantasy TV shows out there right now, like House of the Dragon, which are better IMO.
And Buffy didn't seem silly when it started?
PP you're replying to here. I was never really a fan of Buffy and didn't make it past the first 2 episodes, ever. I didn't like that the script required SMG to slut-shame herself in like the first or second episode, I thought Xander or whoever her guy friend was called was toxic AF, and being of Hindu heritage, I was pretty pissed off that Lord Shiva was included in the opening theme song as one of the demons and monsters that Buffy has to slay.
Interesting. I'm the person you're responding to and am also Hindu, and I have no idea what you're talking about. Please elaborate on this.

They dress for the red carpet how they want to, not with try-hard couture. They've aged without anxiety and haven't tried to reverse or halt the aging process.
And while Sarah Michelle Gellar was silent for the sake of her own mental health about what she had to deal with on Buffy from Joss Whedon (while supporting other actors who spoke out), Freddie was a protective husband and spoke up about the way Whedon worked his wife brutal hours and didn't compensate her fairly.
These two have handled their blessings so well and I just want to share that this makes me happy.
Was he a teen heartthrob? I thought he was nobody, sort of like Jessica Alba's husband. Celeb marriages only seem to work out when one of them isn't famous.
They met while filming I Know What You Did Last Summer. He was definitely a teen heartthrob. She's All That comes to mind. Then he was in the Scooby Doo movies. He also had a famous parent who was a casualty of Hollywood/the industry, so that might help him keep his head on straight. It seems like his mom and her family did a great job with him.
I remember her name from Buffy but have never heard of him. 47F.
I'm 46 and he did a bunch of teen movies when I was in college - did you never see She's All That or I Know What You Did Last Summer???
No, neither.
DP, 44F. Did you spend your teens/20s under a rock?
No, I just don’t tend to watch comedies or blockbuster type movies. Mostly independent stuff.
Aren’t you precious.
We can watch/not watch things without it meaning anything significant. I haven’t seen those two movies. It’s not a big deal.
And yet you felt the need to come into this thread to make sure a bunch of internet randos knew how above it all you are. If you really wanted to know who Freddie Prince Jr is, you could have googled and gotten the answer faster/easier than posting the question here.
God forbid we use an Internet forum to communicate.

Anonymous wrote:I remember SMG from way back, when she was Susan Lucci’s daughter, I think?, on All My Children and some teen soap opera as well, the name escapes me now. Anyone else remember that?
Glad to see she has a good marriage. Freddie Prinze Jr was a big deal back in the day as well. Good for them.

Go watch the intro song from season 1. I don't know if they changed it after season 1 and it's too late for me to look it up. There's a shot of the Dancing Nataraja alongside vampires, ghouls, and all the monstrous beings that are being paraded through that opening song as Buffy's enemies. And in either the pilot episode or the 2nd episode, Buffy is gifted with a crucifix necklace to protect her from the vampires. That confirmed to me that placing Nataraja in that line up was no accident.
DP. The crucifix? That's pretty standard vampire mythology. What did you mean?
