+1 Did none of you beg for Guess jeans back in the day? It was all about the triangle on the pocket. Some teens may not care, but it's safe to say a high percentage do at this age.

I guess I was in the percentage that didn’t and neither do my kids.

Mostly my DD wants clothes- Aerie leggings (or Amazon dupe), Taylor Swift Midnights hoodie from Etsy, AE skirt, Nike sweats, and a Lululemon top I bought 2nd hand for $35. Her smaller filler gifts include a 5year journal, a Lululemon bag (they come free with purchase but you can get them on Amazon for $20), a Lulu head band, and bum bum body scrub.

DD got a set that has 3 products (including the cream) for 30 odd bucks. She likes the smell of it. She isn't using it for "visible lift and glow" (she knows that's utter nonsense), but as a body cream because she likes the smell. The same way she likes the smell of her bath and body works lotion. She wants Chanel No. 5, because she likes the smell of it. Hope you can see a theme here.

Don’t have to rationalize anything, especially to internet busybodies. We can afford a 30 dollar set of three products (of which she likes the smell of two). As a DP mentioned, it’s a bit strong smelling (for me), and she uses it sparingly. Anyway, this was a suggestion for OP, who was looking for gift ideas, and this product and the Dior lip oil are consistently on the list of things young teens seem to like.
