Easy to spell, easy to pronounce, these are the names of my Indian friends’ kids ages 2-10.
I’m not sure what generational name trends are in Indian names. For example among all the parents we know almost half are named Sarah, Kristin, Kate, Chris, Steve, or Mark. I don’t know a single child my children’s age with those names. When I was in college I feel like half of the Indian girls I knew were named Anjali and half of the guys were named one of several names that shortens to Raj.
