Horrific behavior by Russia, but not surprising as they are imperialistic loser thugs. They will claim an accident of course, but this is no accident. They killed civilians! There has to be a NATO response, and it has to be quick and severe, so Russia doesn’t feel emboldened to continue down this path. I am sickened and disgusted tonight, but not surprised. Putin is an animal.

The US tried, at least twice, to ignore authoritarian regimes starting wars in Europe and Asia. That cost us something like half a million dead Americans during the two World Wars.
NATO was founded by the US and its allies to prevent future wars.
