If Clarity Elections is the official Colorado Secretary of State election site, why is it .com instead of .gov? I mean, it might well be as promised, but I'm not finding anything about what it is on the site, and it's a commercial site by the tag. Why is that?

Well that didn't work. What I mean is that I don't think the fact they are counting votes in bluer areas and she's increasing her lead is good news.
