Mueller made no such decision. And, it was Bob Barr who both limited the scope and cut the investigation short. Fact matter.
You clearly was not present in the court when the charges was dismissed.

Barr spiked it so that Republicans would be able to say “they found nothing” and that’s exactly what they’ve done, and various Republicans have lied about various aspects of the investigation.

Mueller wanted to dig into Trump's banking and business relationships and had his leash yanked back by Barr. Rich, juicy targets that Barr wanted to keep Mueller out of.

You are delusional. Mueller is a lifelong Republican picked by the lifelong Republicans in Trump’s DOJ. And the charges were dropped because fighting against the response would mean revealing sources and methods, which is exactly why the Russians responded in the way that they did.

Yes, America meddles in too many foreign election, but they don't have the guts to admit it openly. What Putin's chef said is pretty bold and is a slap in Biden's face -- they know he is not going to do anything about it.
