+1 Why aren't they publicly apologizing for the crap job they did with his order?
Why should they? They apologized to Corden. A business can choose whom they serve.
They don't need to publicly bash him. Just tell him he is not welcome and move on. Why are they desperate for their five minutes fame?

James Cordan had one bad dinner? I really don't care. I don't expect anyone to be perfect. One instance is not a pattern nor does it exemplify someone's personality or character. Of all the things he has offered the world, the takeaway is one interaction over an omelette? Huge shrug.
Oh and I didn't read, well ignored actually, the many other examples of his horrible behavior here or elsewhere. I just like him and want him to be thought of as a good guy.
I hope you are branded forever as a bitter and caustically sarcastic person. I don't care what else you've done in life.
FYI I read exactly ONE example of his "horrible behavior" which A) even on the internet has a big fat "RUMOR" stamp on its forehead, which is saying a lot and B) involved traveling with a spouse and kids, and no violence or foul language was involved; the "horrible behavior" was not doing his share as a husband and father. GASP.
Even bigger shrug.
What has he done that was so great that he has earned your undying devotion?
