I definitely agree.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Okay, I haven't dated men in over 20 years and am married to a woman... Do men really say things like, "you have to go through me to get to her" (SK) and other possessive things? I can't remember other specific examples. Also, do the women like this macho behavior? Even if the men are joking around, there is some truth to it or they wouldn't say it at all.
My (American born) husband would never say that. I think it's because SK is from a different culture. If my fiance had said that, I'd have brought it up with him as an issue, later when we weren't in public.

I do fast forward!! So I have no idea what’s happening with her and SK.
Here's the synopsis: Raven feels like she needs "razzle dazzle" from SK. SK feels like there's a block of ice between them and the razzle dazzle is frozen within said block of ice. She seems to rest on her looks, and have minimal personality.

Ah, here we go. I knew I read about this somewhere before. There were two plus size women in season 2 pods. https://thetab.com/uk/2022/02/17/love-is-blind-showed-us-two-plus-size-women-then-ignored-them-for-the-rest-of-the-series-240846Anonymous wrote:That’s just the cast that made it to the second part of filming. They definitely had bigger girls (and possibly guys?) in the pods.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:The annoying thing to me about this season, the little I've seen of it so far, is that the cast, by and large, seems more slender/attractive than in the past. Aside from Alexa, who isn't really that overweight anyway, everyone is mostly a normal build so the main "point" of the show is less pronounced.
The last two seasons didn't even have anyone Alexa's size so not sure what you mean.
This is the season 2 cast

I curse like a sailor as does DH. I barely noticed.Anonymous wrote:I am from NYC and grew up with an Italian American father so am no stranger to cursing, but ... did all the F-bombs rub anyone else the wrong way? Bartise and a couple of the others seemed incapable of speaking without dropping them numerous times in a conversation.
DH and I save those for things we feel really emphatically about.

No, nobody should be saying that. I am wondering if maybe it’s a little bit of a machismo hangover from his culture? Still, not really excusable, but otherwise I think he is a really intelligent and nice guy. And he’s really trying to get to know his very cold, I’m interested if fiancé and make her happy without being over bearing. He’s probably the biggest class act on the show.
