Sorry but Papa Joe is addicted to power like his son is addicted to the crack.
He wasn't going to originally but someone had to get Trump out of office. Looks like it worked just fine to me. He was probably nobody's first choice, but he was the one that all Dems knew would get some help from decent Republicans.
+1 And I actually think that Hunter’s issues were a big part of why he didn’t run in 2016.

If it was deleted, it wasn’t sourced or has been proven to be false. So I say again: how did Fox come to have a private voicemail from someone who is supposed to be under the highest protections? Is this another failure by partisan USSS agents? Did someone hack into one of the two phones? How did Fox come to have it and why is no one talking about them having and playing publicly a private message that was stolen?
Anonymous wrote:I keep thinking... is this GOP's answer of Trump's "grab them by pussy" conversation leaking to public? Did they think this is equivalent? Did Fox News even discuss any possibility of Trump being able make a similar call to his son before they air this conversation with their commentary?

Pathetic.
How did we get here?

I really do want to know what nonsense Faux News viewers are hearing about this. Yes, it is just vile that they chose to make this some sort of story for their outrage machine, but really, what was the purpose?
This article sums it up: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/fox-news-hunter-biden-voicemail-addiction-b2200818.html?amp
The voicemail was right around the same time as the allegedly illegal firearm purchase, and Hannity was using it to try to tie those allegations about Hunter to Joe Biden, with a little aboutism in there that if this were Trump rather than Biden, the media would be having a feeding frenzy. The problem for Hannity is that he underestimated the human capacity for compassion and empathy, and thus did not appreciate how much of the country would listen to that voicemail and not hear someone enabling or condoning Hunter’s behavior, but rather a father deeply in pain about how much his son was struggling with addiction, and just wanting to find a way to help him.
And his attempt to make this about Trump fell flat, because even Trump’s strongest supporters cannot imagine him leaving such a compassionate and loving message for one of his children.
