Let's not get carried away. I didn't have any side effects, but I also didn't lose any weight on it after 6 months (when I stopped). It's not for everybody.

The oral version of semaglutide is not nearly as effective for weight loss because of absorption issues. The once weekly injections are much more convenient and effective.
