Of course not. Still good, though.

WTF? No one said it was authentic. Wowwwww, you’re Itallllllian. That doesn’t give you license to make false claims. No one said anything of the sort.

It’s honestly not hard to do bread well - good bread will hide a multitude of sins, but bad bread is all I can really remember about that place.I’m sure my meal apart from that was fine.

I don’t understand why there is so much mediocre bread EVERYWHERE. By all accounts considering ingredients, oven and effort- chain grocery stores should be able to make a great sourdough baguette. Instead decent bread is only available at Artisan level grocery markets.

How is it not really Italian American?

Most Italian-Americans don’t do all the cream sauces and “Alfredo.” The sauces are spicier, and we usually have some actual vegetables.

Not in my experience, and I'm from New Jersey.

Uh-huh. Vast majority of Italian immigrants to US are from Southern Italy - where white sauces are rare, sauces are thicker, slightly spicier than in Northern Italy - including in NJ.

Bullshit. The bread sticks are disgusting. I can't believe a real Italian would eat those.
