Do you live in the area? Holy cross hospital has a free app program that helps you lose weight and keep it off. It is online now so you don't have to live in the dc area. Holy cross is in Silver Spring


There are a lot of free/close to free apps out there. Why don't people "just do it"?

I think if you contact them they can help anyone


I have done two of her online open presentations . My understanding is that she only works with MDs and DOs. (My doctorate in a clinical field did not qualify, so, no personalized coaching.) However, she’s just published a book, in addition to the podcasts that anyone can access online. It’s possible that if you do one of the open presentations, you can speak directly with one of her coaches — and see if they will do referrals.
