If they both ran stop signs, I would. DP.
You think people getting hurt and scared is funny?
Honestly this explains so much about the threads on DCUM and bikes lately.
Oh please they started screaming at each other. No one was “hurt and scared” you over dramatic loon. Do you hear violins wherever you go?
These people wouldn’t hesitate for one second to find some way to sue anyone involved in their idiocy. So hell yes I’d laugh at them and be glad I stop at stop signs.
Your projection is a confession.

Car drivers have not been advocating for a change to the law to make it legal to ignore a stop sign.
This accident (if it happened the way OP said) was a result of negligence, not the Idaho Stop. The Idaho Stop
means you slow down and verify it is safe to proceed. In any event, car drivers fight tooth and nail against changes intended to make driving safer. And I still don’t laugh when they crash. I call 911.
It's amazing how people are so ignorant about the Idaho Stop. All it means is you don't need to come to a dead stop and put your feet down. Any decent cyclist can slow to 1 mph while still in/on the pedals.
What is amazing is how many cyclist think the Idaho stop means they can blow through stop signs with the right of way. You don’t have to stop IF the intersection is clear. Idaho stop doesn’t mean every car yields to you.

"These people"? Is the idea supposed to be that all people on bikes, like, super-litigious? The two times I've been hit by a car on my bike (once in a bike lane, which the driver said he drove into because he hadn't seen me, and once when the DRIVER ran a stop sigh at like 4 mph in the rain), I didn't even get the drivers' names or license plate numbers.
