We have since moved BUT Cornucopia in Bethesda Truangle (Cordell??) if it is still there, has the BEST "homemade" eggplant parm (frozen) made by some woman.

I cannot limit myself to one type of parm, but usually go with eggplant because it’s harder to make myself

Eggplant is the most disgusting of vegetables to me, so chicken for me.

If it's baked, eggplant parm, if they are going to fry the eggplant it's chicken parm

I make a chicken parm meatball (chicken meatball stuffed with bocconcini cheese) and that is the best version of parm I've ever had. In fact, I feel sorry for all the other meatballs because anytime I say I am going to make meatballs, someone chimes in "Chicken Parm?" hopefully.
