Honestly, if the choice was having to deal with some kind of crime every year (stuff like a burglary or robbery or having something stolen) and living next door someone who supports the J6 crowd, I’d take dealing with crime. I’m not a racist coward, so Black people don’t scare me.

My ultra liberal neighbors yammer about crime all the time and tried to organize neighbors into hiring private security. To be fair most of the crime in DC is done by and to low SES POC. Why do you not want the victims of those crimes to have a good quality of life. Are you a classist who does like low SES people? Are you a racist who doesn't like POC? Why do you not want them to live in a safe community?

OP, is insane. I have been robbed at gunpoint and it is a terrifying experience that I do not recommend for anyone. I used to live in DC and moved to the burbs for the safety and sanity of my family. Not wanting to relive the threats of daily violence and risks to my family's safety makes me a Trumper? You've lost your marbles.

It's funny how people act like it's a huge deal that roughly 40 people die each year in traffic accidents in the District but those same people seem to think 4,000 violent crimes a year is no big deal.
