I lean towards unisex/masculine fragrances, so I wear Spicebomb by Viktor & Rolf or something by Demeter-- like Whiskey Tobacco, Pumpkin Pie, Cardamom, Honey, Gin & Tonic, Fig Leaf... or Salt Air or Swimming Pool. It all depends on my mood. I'm actually more liable to spritz a tiny bit before I go to bed than when I go out-- I just like the feeling some of those scents give me.

PSA for those who wear perfume: you need A LOT less than you think you do. The ONLY person who is supposed to smell your perfume is you or someone hugging you. If it’s any stronger, you are wearing too much.

Chloe is my fave. I apply it very lightly so only I or my husband notice.

I also LOVE Coco Chanel, but only on other people. It smells bad on me, sadly.

OP, check Fragrantica for detailed user reviews of perfumes you might be interested in, from people who know and understand perfume. It is very informative, and if you play around on there it may give you ideas of other things to try.

For the past few years, my favorite has been Santa Maria Novella's Caprifoglio, sometimes layered over a linden scent. I'm looking for something new, though.

The other day, walking past my neighbor's garden reminded me of my teen years, when I was partial to Tea Rose. It was a happy memory.
