The weekly date night thing is so hokey.
It's really not. It's improved my stress levels a ton since becoming a parent.
OP, a lot of sitters are young and don't want to give up Saturdays. Try for a daytime weekend slot or a weeknight.
Then you weren’t got to become a parent.
