I don't think that's correct, but it really was on a school by school basis. Some charters didn't open at all to anyone last year. The best case scenario was that they opened for hybrid a few weeks after DCPS (I think). I don't know that anyone has that information completely. DCPS schools seemed to all at least offer a few seats when they reopened.

How do we interpret this?
you can go by LEA/DCPS. You can only "interpret" the charters right now until DCPS schools are broken out
