I should have been specific about the yogurt: Siggi's triple cream. It is full fat and delicious and filling because a good portion of protein and not that high in sugar.

A piece of sugar free toast, omelet with one egg, half a piece of low-fat cheese, and spinach. Started eating when I did weight watchers 6 years ago and still eat most days.

Scrambled egg with old bay sprinkled on top and some shredded cheese, cup of coffee..imo OP a WG bagel with PB or another nut butter wouldn’t be a terrible breakfast.

If you don't eat breakfast and someone asks you what you eat than you don't have to participate. "air" sandwich is not what op was asking!

You need to eat a bowl of "be more kind" and a glass of "give a person a little latitude."

You need to eat a bowl of “be less sanctimonious.”

On a good day?
Plain whole-milk yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit
Cottage cheese with salsa is surprisingly good
Two hard boiled eggs (including the yolk) with fruit
Oatmeal with peanut butter and a bit of real maple syrup
Scrambled egg with spinach, chopped tomato and feta or goat cheese

On a more normal day:
Toast with cinnamon and sugar
Nothing but coffee with milk
Egg McMuffin on my way to work
Banana muffin with cream cheese
Apple pie (hey, it has fruit in it!)

And I thought I liked carbs; I’m not a patch on you.

I aim for an egg and some nuts but sometimes patiently frying an egg sounds tedious.

Do you like hard boiled eggs? Hard boil a bunch at the beginning of the week. They last all week and don't go bad. Easy to eat. Two eggs are about 150 calories, 11 g of fat, 2 grams of carbs, 12 grams of protein.

And more than a day's worth of cholesterol.

DP It’s not the kind of cholesterol you need to avoid. Same with shrimp. “Eggs and shrimp are bad” is 80s diet advice.

Generally coffee with a lot of milk. Sometimes a piece of fruit. I often make whole grain muffins with my kid and if those are there, I will have one of those warmed in microwave (makes a huge difference for whole grains).

Yesterday—muesli, yogurt, and a peach
Today—sourdough with peanut butter, and a nectarine

And, always, black coffee x2
